The business carries a wealth of expertise and experience. Its two principal directors James Cole and Mal Barritt have over 25 years experience in the travel industry and the company’s management team have 50 years experience in the cruise market.

Introducing Cruise118

Cruise118 aims to deliver everything you would expect from a cruise retailer; the latest information about cruise holidays, advice on which cruise line and cabin type to take and great deals. It also aims to deliver more. Our customer research shows that the quality of service expected and delivered on the actual cruise ships is lacking in cruise retailing. SailfromUK has therefore built a strong service ethic into the heart of its business and created the concept of the cruise concierge. Exceptional is our standard.

At Cruise118 your cruise holiday is safe with us as we are a member of ABTA, which offers you full holiday protection and of course piece of mind. Cruise concierge explained

When you contact Alaskaonly you will speak to one of our cruise concierges – they are trained and dedicated to delivering exceptional, personalised service to you. Your cruise concierge will be with you from your first point of enquiry all the way through your booking (and then again when you’re planning your next cruise).

They do have rules to follow, but the overriding rule for each concierge is to be flexible and tailor their service to what you need, to go at a pace you want to go at and to provide the information and advice you want in the way you want it. Nothing is too much trouble.

I have just booked a cruise with the help of Emma and I would like to say what a pleasure it has been dealing with her. Background information: I have never been on a cruise before and thought that I would leave it until the last minute so to speak to book as I would get a better deal, unfortunately what I didn't realise was that although there are plenty of cruises around flights can be a problem. I have spoken with several companies and I have either had no help at all or very hard sell on cruises that I didn't really want to go on, i.e. Ocean Village etc.

I was on the verge of forgetting the whole idea which was disappointing as this was to be a surprise for my husband's 60th birthday. This morning I thought I would have one more go at looking on the internet and your company came up first via the search engine that I used. I sent a quick email off regarding one of the cruises on offer (although I didn't book that one in the end), and within minutes had an email back from Emma saying that she would call me at my requested time and if my husband answered she wouldn't speak to him (other companies have left messages on my answerphone at home!!). We are now booked on what looks to be a wonderful cruise recommended by Emma and can't wait to go.

If you do have an award system I would love to nominate Emma, she has been so thorough on everything she has done for me, she is even arranging for the confirmation and tickets to be sent to a different address so that I can keep this as a surprise.
