Admiralty Island National Monument

Surpassing one million acres in size, Admiralty Island National Monument pertains to have the highest population density on earth...of bears. But nevertheless they share this wilderness with deer and bald eagles. As with Misty Fjords National Monument, only the smaller cruise ships visit here, but watch out for bears as you pass Admiralty Island’s shores.
